I get this error  " Please check the output frame for errors and refresh the page to retry changes." when i want to add a free theme, can you help me please, I use Magento 1.9.3.1?

Hi @johnsonn_andy,

Can you check the error in your exception.log file? if you see any error in the particular file let you share over here. then  I will give you an appropriate solution.

You need to verify this things for real error.

1. Check Magento Log folder is there any log file? if yes then read the error from there.

2. Check the report folder, is there any error report show there, if yes then read the error from that.
