output frame for errors ? help please

I get this error  " Please check the output frame for errors and refresh the page to retry changes." when i want to add a free theme, can you help me please, I use Magento 1.9.3.1?

Please add more context to the post to be able to describe the scenario.

For example:

1- When is that error showing up?

2- What is the page that contains the error?

3- Could you please re-upload the screenshot?

Kindly verify this things.

1. Can you please check Magento Log file for error descriptions.

2. Check report folder as well, does any report show there for error descriptions.
