shipping & handling - how can I translate it?

Hi

In order details page at the bottom there is shipping & handling listed together with shipping method.

what file should I modify to change the text? spent a few days looking into how to translate it, and hope someone here can give me a clue... I cannot use inline translation as I want to edit more that just the text...

any ideas?

Hi

In the Magento admin, go to System > Configuration > Shipping Methods.

Title, Method Name and Displayed Error Message have a STORE VIEW scope.

Change the store view to the store view you want to translate and modify the texts:
