Admin Disabled and canot login to dashboard in magento2

Please help me I have an error in magento2 during installation process  my error is like You did not sign in correctly or your account is temporarily disabled in all 3 browser and i have do all the solution but my problem is not solved  which you have please help me as soon as Possible Because my deadline is near to me

Does the sign in error occur during installation, or after you have installed magento? What is your installation host name? Can you attach the screenshot with your error?
