Admin URL is not working

This URL is working `http://mysite.com/magento/`. But this URL is not working `http://mysite.com/magento/admin_aqvg22`.

Why it is happening ?

Add index.php, i.e. http://mysite.com/magento/index.php/admin_aqvg22

Or you can remove index.php from url:

1   Stores > Configuration > Web
2   expand the Search Engine Optimization section3   set Use Web Server Rewrites to “Yes.”
4   When complete, tap Save Config
5   Run setup:upgrade command
