After copying magento to my AWS server I am getting stuck on setup.

On the first page that comes up(index.php im guessin) I get a page with this text on it

{{$state.current.noMenu ? $state.current.title : titles[$state.current.type]}}

When I tried it on WAMP, the setup worked fine, but now I copied it across to my AWS server I'm getting this random text??

Any help?

Getting this on developer console:
