After install magento 2.4.2 the styles-m.css is not included in the page

Hello,

 

I have installed Magento 2.4.2 locally. After the installation, I visited the home page of the store. But I find the style is missing. Then I saved the html file of the homepage, but I don't find the styles-m.css and styles-l.css are included in the <head> section. Seems like the following file is not processed: "theme-frontend-blank/Magento_Theme/layout/default_head_blocks.xml".

 

Could someone help me resolve this issue?

Furthermore, there is only "calendar.css" included in the <head> section.
