Cache issue with new Magento 2.1.7

I am trying to installe a fresh theme which is compatable to magento 2.1.7 to the commiunity 2.1.7 platform. the intalation was sucessul. However when I try to do some changers via configuration e.g. change the menu colour and theme colour it does not get updated on the front end. I flused call type of caches no result. however after 1 hour the changers get updated. same thing happen if you put a new product it takes 1 hour to get upgrated. some admin pannel tools get dissapear all of a sudden and reapper after some time. it is like a majic.can some pls give me a solution for this issue.

There should be external cache application is being used. You can ask to your Hosting service provider for more details

There should be Cloud Flair Caching, Varnish Cache, etc.
