Can not install Magento community edition 2.2.1

Hello,

I am running 32 bit ubuntu and not been able to install Magento C E 2.2.1

When I run the setup option from the url, I get following message and nothing happens thereafter. Please help

To use the Magento setup wizard sign into your Admin account and navigate to System => Tools => Web Setup Wizard

Please check/follow below steps to know error,

1) check var/log files

2) run composer update.

3) remove env.php file if exist.

4) check var and pub folder permission, it should be 777.

5) run installing direct using http://localhost/magento2/index.php/setup
