I’m trying to get Magento installed and I know I need to get authentication keys from Magento to install Magento as well as Magento extensions. I try going to commercemarketplace.adobe.com and click sign in and login with my Adobe ID. At that point I get redirected back to the marketplace where I get a generic “There was an error, please try again later”. Attempting to click the sign in link again only results in some redirecting and landing back on the marketplace with the same generic error. My Adobe ID login is successful and I can open creative cloud applications after that since I’m logged into my Adobe ID.
Solved! Go to Solution.
I apologize I got it resolved over the slack server. Turned out there was some sort of caching issue on adobe's side. After the adobe employee cleared that cache, everything worked like a charm.
Hi @patrickwthcda5 ,
Are you able to https://commercemarketplace.adobe.com/customer/accessKeys/ access this link after login?
Thanks,
Ankit
it’s usually a session or browser cache issue rather than your Adobe ID itself. Try clearing cookies for the Adobe/Commerce Marketplace domains or logging in from a different browser/incognito mode. If it still loops, Adobe Commerce support may need to reset something on their end. It’s a bit like Kitchen Remodeling—sometimes the framework is fine, but small fixes and cleanup are what make everything function smoothly again.
