Conflicting Component Dependencies Magento 2.0.2

Hello, when I perform readiness check on my share webhosting service, I get all green check marks except when checking component dependencies.  I installed Magento 2.0.2 via my webhosting cpanel.  Everything else seems to work.

I have spent endless hours searching for a solution to no avail.

This is the error message:

Check Component Dependency

We found conflicting component dependencies. Show detail Hide detail

I cant attach any screenshots on the forum, unless I am missing something, but message is as it shows above.

What exactly in the "We found conflicting component dependencies. Show detail Hide detail" section?

when I click show/hide detail this is the only thing it gives me.

"For additional assistance, see component dependency help ."

no other details or information is shown!
