I run magento CE 2.2.5. Unable to share website url here since the post is marked as spam in that case. I'll PM it.
I'll explain what steps I did and what outcome is found as against expected outcome.
Steps:
Add a product to cart
Go to shopping cart page. Default country is India
Change the country to estimate shipping charges for new country.
Add another product to cart
Go to shopping cart page. The country is switched back to default one. Again, change country to estimate shipping charges for it.
So, what I see is that the country on shopping cart is switched back to default one whenever the cart is edited. However, once I select another country, it should remain as it is even when new product is added, deleted or edited.
This is something annoying to update shopping cart and change country again and again for shipping estimates.
