I read the Devdocs regarding migration tool and delta migration but I still have open questions.
Status: We created magento 2.3.3. shop and ran successfully full migration from 1.8.1.0 all data is there now. Of course we had to test and fix a lot of topics, so new customers and orders have been created, some product descriptions have been changed and new/changed CMS/static block are there too.
In parallel the production 1.8.1 is live (so in parallel new customers, new orders, changed stock qty)
Results in duplicate customer ID, duplicate order number, ...
How should that be handled in a final data synch or what is best practice here?
