Extension Manager not syncing with Marketplace Magento ver. 2.3.4

I spent today trying to figure out how to sync my fresh Magento to the Marketplace. I have installed three times and get the same result, none of my purchases showing in Extension Manager. I believe that I followed the instructions. 

- Marketplace, I created a new access key named: my-access-key

- Leaving the tab open, I opened my Admin Dashboard and went to System/Web Setup Wiz/System Config and pasted the keys associated with my-access-key.

-In the Extension Manager, I refresh and it shows zero...

What am I missing?

I am still having no luck. I reinstalled Magento again, the fourth time, and still no luck.

Exactly the same issue!

It shows that it synced (date /time changes when i press Sync)

I have 3 purchases in my marketplace account, but 0 in magento... This really sucks. Went from 2.4  to 2.3.5 because of plugins that weren't installable at all. now this..
