Installation - 404 not found - problem

I succesfully installed Magento-CE-2.1.1_sample_data, but at the end of installation, when i tried to go to:

The store adrress, or the Magento admin address.

The page loaded with the tab : "404 not found", and the page loaded with some elements, but i can`t do any action, and can`t login either.

I used:

-Windows 8 Enterprise 32 bits

-WAMP

-Google Chrome

I attach some images of the page loaded and some of the elements showed.

I hope someone could help me.

Did you run following command on the Magento root ?

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

How could i run that line, i'm new using php and wampserver, i supuse that i have to execute that line, on Magento index page, but i can`t login.

Hi, I have the same issue but after execute the command line: php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy and flush cache and reindex nothing is working, I have the same error of 404 not found and my page loading like the image.

I have NGINX and PHP7.0 and run https://github.com/magento/magento2.git version of Magento.

I hope someone have the answer to this issue!
