Installed Magento Successfully but getting error in Admin page

Hi,

 

I am new to Magento and not an expert in programming language. I successfully installed Magento 2.0.0 with XAMPP 5.5.30 after going through so much of trouble and now I cannot use Magento with ease.

 

My Admin page looks like the image below and I cannot access the links not even "SYSTEM". I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Delete the Magento's cache and the browser's cache and reload the page.
