Magento 2.0.2 not saving changes at the backend

Any changes in the back-end of my Magento 2.0.2 doesn't save. Whenever I tried to save, it just stuck in "Please wait" and nothing gonna happen. 

Anybody who know how to fix this kind of issue?

Have you reviewed the browser console and the Magento log files?
