Magento 2.3.4 installation error on Xampp winodws 10

Getting following error,

Running Magento Commands return : Class Magento\Framework\App\ResourceConnection\Proxy does not exist

How to install Magento 2 on xampp windows 10.

Run following commands :

chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/magento2/ 
chmod 777 -R var
chmod 777 -R generated
chmod 777 -R app/etc
rm -rf var/cache/* var/page_cache/* var/generation/*

and then

php bin/magento setup:di:compile
