Magento Installation incomplete each time at 28%

Hi! i installed magento 2.1.7 on a server but on step 6 it shows error at 28% that installation incomplete check console log while console log has no error. i tried a lot of time by try again and also by delete all the files and drop DB than install it again by uploading new fresh files. but every time it stuck at 28% near magento indexer.

Plzzz help i tried everything like increase memory limit , memory execution time etc

my php version is 5.6.29. plzzz share solution

Can you check the your webserver error log?
