Missing PHP extensions in local windows 10 Magento Installation

I can not install magento locally with wamp. when I download magento and I want the decompressed, arrived at 96% it stops. and when I want to instal I get a 505 error. Can you help me install magento locally.
I try all versions and it's the same problem.

Please enable below extension in your local php, then try to reinstall it

the extentions that you request that I activate them are not all available and the
ones that are available are already activated. these extensions are not available
in the php that I use, ie version 7.2.10.

Please install latest wampserver v3.0.6 and you will get all php extension in it
