Not able to install MSI module

Hello, 

Is there any way that we can install MSI through Github for Magento 2.3? 

We where told this is not possible if we did install Magento with Composer. 

Is this true.?

Hi @kirakossian 

MSI is in-built component comes up with the Magento 2.3.X version.

So if you have installed Magento 2.3.X version using composer then i don't think so you will require to installed MSI again because it is there in your current installed version.

You are not able to see the MSI ? Can you please confirm that it is enabled from the backend ?

As far as i know, the magento was installed with Github and MSI is not present. We are trying to install MSI but it is not working . I am hopping there is is way to do this without having to install Magento with composer.

From the GitHub means you have downloaded Magento 2.3.X from github ?
