problem: One or more indexers are invalid. Make sure your  cron job is running. When I'm trying to reindex using command line : 

 

I'm using macOS and i cant index, cron run or other commands like that.

ok i understand the problem you are facing.

Two points over here - first is we are unable to see the screenshot you have shared with us and second point i would like to know which magento 2 version you have installed ?

Also if possible shared the error log which shows on the command line tool as screenshots is not visible so.

magento version 2.2 and error:

In php info i can see mcrypt enable and i can install magento and pass extension verification but after lets say i want to install some extension and recheck extension there is a problem whit mcrypt
