Whenever we install any extension then we need to full fill all it's requirement like it's dependency, PHP extension and others. As i can see above in screenshot first you need to configure cron on your server please check Cron Script Dev Doc this Magento Doc.
Other is Component Dependency for this you need to check the extension which you are installing does it depend on something if yes then you need to install it in your server too.
Next one is PHP settings i think there is some issue with your PHP version so there is link beside it to check what is the issue then we need to resolve it.
Last one is PHP extension there many PHP extension which need to be installed on your server. you just need to install them on your server according to your PHP version.
check Php-extensions-missing this for extension issue.
All the issue shown in image shared by you is related to server. Hope this answer help you.
