Resetting login attempts via database

Hi,
I'm wading through a first time installation and i think I'm close.
My Captcha was invisible, and I finally got that fixed. But now I'm getting a 
"ount sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later."
which i assume means i've attempted to login too many times.
Is there a way to zero the counter so I can get into the admin account without waiting who knows how long?

Found the settings in the database.
But i still cant' log in as admin. The demo login works fine.

The only message I'm getting is
