Setup Wizard - stops at step 5

Hi,

at Step 5 - "create-admin-account" the setup wizard stops.

If I type in something - no reaction.

If I let everything empty - no reaction or error messages.

I tried it on 2.1.1 (installed via composer) and 2.1.0 (installed via download package from the web)

The same....

Any ideas?

same issue here, no error in the console and angular form validation looks all good.
