Setup dosen't work

Hello,

I have VPS with Contabo. So I followed steps in the tutorial. Uploaded Magento 2.1.6 file in public_html and extract it and created a mysql database. 

But then when I want to install it, it doesn't work. If I go to my URL/install or /setup. Nothing happens. 

Any idea what's wrong? Server information on the picture:

It was PHP version fault. I used 7.1 and it works now
