The site cannot be reached error after fresh installation of Magento 2.4.4

Hi!
I am from Pakistan. Looking for someone who can help me on installation of Magento 2.2.4 on windows 10. Currently I am getting this error (screenshot:https://imgur.com/a/274bams).

The server doesn't refuse the connection rather give error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Please see the screenshot
