Unable to access Magento Admin Panel

I'm new to Magento and just completed an install. I was able to access my store but I went to my admin panel - Configuration, I went to change the Secure Base URL from http: to https:

and Secure Base Link URL from http: to https: and click SAVE Changes.

When I went back to login to Admin panel and now I'm unable to access the screen.
It's giving me this error message

This page isn’t working
www.gcenterprise.net redirected you too many times.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I'm able to access my admin panel again but went I wen to to Stores - Web - Base URL on the top page, I'm getting this error message.

One or more of the Cache Types are invalidated: Configuration, Page Cache. Please go to Cache Management and refresh cache types.

Please disregard last post. I refreshed the cache and it no errors found.
