Validation email is not receiving

there is no error. It just ask me for enter email address for validation, after entering email, I click on "validate", then it says "The validation email has been sent to your email address", but I am not receiving any email. I tried many times, even i restart all pages but yet not receiving any email and also there is not any kind of error.

please check into spam. ( is that email id exist into system)

if not getting into spam then the question is other email works?

if works then mark as a solution.
