Want to integrate data of 2 different Magento 1.x store to Magento 2.x

Hi,

I had upgraded my Magento store i.e created new Magento 2 store and created 2 different front themes integrated 2 different domains on those websites

Now want to integrate data using ubertool from Magento 1.x stores to latest Magento 2.0.7 store

i.e website

abc.com with different products and clients

xyz.com with different products and clients

But stuck now because Ubertool not allow to integrate multi store/website or may be i am not able to find the way and during import it gives me error duplicate entry found i am stuck. Please help me..

You can try following way to import data:

1. First of all, combine those two different stores in 1 magento in Magento 1.X
2. Now try to import that newly created store in Magento 2.X
