You need more permissions to create a backup.

Hi

I am a new user of Magento.

I want to backup and restore function.

When I try one of these three  (system backup, Database and Media Backup, Database Backup), I get "You need more permissions to create a backup.".

So please guide me which folder and database permission to configure.

Actually to take the backup and to use magento 's backup and restore functionality - you must have writable permission for the user which you are using to take a backup !

so here , you are facing error because you don't have writable permission - so give writable permission to user and then try it for the same !
