change mysql local to amazon RDS

Hi guys:

I am trying to use RDS for Magento 2 and when I connect to RDS, it always show me the following error:

SQLSTATE[3D000]: Invalid catalog name: 1046 No database selected, query was: SELECT PRIVILEGE_TYPE FROM USER_PRIVILEGES WHERE REPLACE(GRANTEE, '\'', '') = current_user()

If I use local MySQL DB, then it is fine. Pleas help!!!
