installing magento 2 on SFTP - PHP Extension intl is missing

I can find php.ini file, but can't find files phpForApache, ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zFRpmrgPoY to fix the problem.

I'm using php version 5.5.30

I successfully installed php-intl to ssh and instalation still show php extension eror.

I also reboot centos os from his admin panel

any suggestion?
