Re: question for new install

Hello @chris_chiu

make sure URL rewrite enable on the server. if not then add index.php into URL and check it.

Hope it will work.

You need to put .htaccess file in your root of magento,

Keep below code for .htaccess

Re: question for new install

Hi @chris_chiu

can you please open you app/etc.env.php file and check frontname of backend parameter !!

Like below :

'backend' =>
  array (
    'frontName' => 'admin',
  ),

What's your frontName over there ? is it same which you are passing in admin URL ?

Re: question for new install

You can get admin actuall url using below way,

run command from root of magento,

php bin/magento info:adminuri

result is,

Admin URI: /webadmin

So final url will be, localhosturl/webadmin

If you haven't command access,

You can get it from app/etc/env.php file,

You have to get frontname from this file and suffix in your base url.

'backend' =>
  array (
    'frontName' => 'webadmin',
  ),

Hi @chris_chiu

From your screenshot it looks like your magento2 is not deployed properly !!

Kindly run below commands using SSH terminal :

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento cache:flush
