upgrade u.a. via php

Hallo,

jeden Mal wenn ich eine Extension installiere, zerschießt es mir das Layout. Mit folgenden Zeilen kann ich es wieder richten:

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f de_DE en_US
php bin/magento c:c

Nun würde ich diesen Code gerne in ein php-File packen, damit ich ihn über den Browser starten kann.

Kann mir jemand helfen?
