I have a shop that repairs computers. What I want to achieve is the following:
1) the customer takes me the product and I give him a code;
2) after the customer enters this code in my site where he will know if the product is already in the works, or is ready. (It would be useful to include also any exchange messages between customer and technical). how can I do?
