Migration curiosity: Destination documents are missing ?

I'm using data-migration-tool for 2.0.2 with CE 2.0.4.

I've resolved the several "Source documents/fields are missing" errors and the reasons they exist make sense to me (old database names aren't in the new database scheme).

But why would there be destination messages that are missing? The item in question is "oauth_token_request_log".

I can see this table in the 2.0.4 database, though it seems to be empty. What is the tool trying to do?
