Suggestion: Incorporate Mega Menu in Magento 2 Luma theme

HI Alan,

I just have a quick suggestion for Magento 2. With the vast majority of large ecommerce sites incorporating mega-menus for easy navigation, why not include a mega-menu right out-of-the-box with the Luma theme instead of the default drop down menu.
