Web API -- Curl API Issues Urgent

Hi ,

I am run MTF - Magento Testing Framework and  I am getting Error

1. Category creation by webapi handler was not successful!
2. Product creation by Curl handler was not successful!

Can anyone plz give me a hint what's causing this issue.
