Backend loads extremly slow

with logs reportd session all cleared still a long loading time for any of the backend pages as for the backend login. 

Also no recently installed extensions what so ever. 

Our hosting party haven't noticed or seen any annomilties or reasons for a delay

Some files have a TTFB over 5 minutes, only thing these files have in common is the response header expire date

@rick_tapper it is definitely a server issue.

Try to restart it once may be it will help you.

So far they haven't find anything on their end. 

Meanwhile loading times have become even longer, sometimes the TTFB is over 5 minutes

How is the loading on the front end of your site? Any issues or changes?

Since this is a new problem, any new issues popping up in any of your Magento logs, such as your error log?

What does your server resource usage look like when this is happening? Is there any sort of spike in resource usage?

If it's not an extension, and you didn't install any updates or patches, or make other changes, have you scanned for any signs of malware or other unwanted changes to the site?

Frontend is loading as normal no noticable changes 

No issues in the magento logs, the problem started end of october beginning of november so for over a month now.

In the server resources there are no spikes what so ever

Scanning for malware I haven't tried yet.... I will do right away
