Banner Slider - Desktop vs Tablet vs Mobile

Currently, I have two different places to upload banners. One for the Desktop banner via the "Banner Slider" tab and one for the mobile site via the "Responsivebannerslider" tab.

I need a one stop module or page where a admin can upload banner images for the all below devices. Could you please confirm whether it is possible to build within "Magento Admin Panel - Community Edition"

Yes, you can create this custom module in magento community You need to create one dropdown as device type

<select>

<option>Desktop</option>

<option>Tablet</option>

<option>Mobile</option>

</select>

Stored all images in media according to device type.

media/banner/desktop

media/banner/tablet

media/banner/mobile
