Cant change a statistic block

Hello, I'm trying to update one of my stores statistic block, I just need to add some more text to it:

http://www.articdesign.it/privacy

I have done the change in the admin panel like all the other times but the site does not update. I've also refreshed the caches.

Where could be the problem be? Any help would be appreciated as I should make the change urgently. My store has been updated from a really old version of 2009 in 2014 and since there i've been having these strange problems that have not happened before!

If you go to CMS > Pages > Privacy is this where your editing the content? I suspect this page is just a cms page and the static block is not linked.

Hi and thank you for reply. I normally change these from cms-statistic blocks- privact. Before if worked just fine but now there seems to be something that does not work!
