Fatal error: Class 'Mage_Cib_Helper_Data'

Hi all

When I try to add a new role in System/Permissions/Roles

Add New Role

I receive the following error

Fatal error: Class 'Mage_Cib_Helper_Data' not found in /home/kiona/public_html/outlet/app/Mage.php on line 547

Any ideas to solve this ?

Magento Verison 1.9.1.1

Any help appreciated

Me too except that I am on 1.7.0.2 and the error is on line 546.
