Categories Meta Description and Keywords not showing

I need some help to get the meta description and keywords from each category instead of the "default".

Right now, this is what it shows on the page source :

This is what we have for meta description on the category : "Air Rite stocks a variety of Single Stage Air Compressor Pumps to help you fix your broken air compressor. We ship Nationwide and we can help you spec your compressor pump to the right size."

Can you share us some extra information?

1) Are you using a custom theme? What's happening with RWD?

2) Have you some SEO modules?

3) Is your store online to check urls?

4) Is your store multiwebsite and/or multi-store view?

1- We are using Maxshop theme

2- Not sure

3- rite-products.com

4- I believe it is a multi-store view
