How do make an order appear to be complete when part of the order has not been shipped? For example I have 52 products on the order but unfortunately I can only ship 51. I ship those 51 and invoice for 51, but the order status still says processing because the final product hasn't been shipped. So to get this status to say complete (otherwise it's just going to confuse things), I have to turn off all email notifications (so customer doesn't get confusing emails), pretend to ship the remaining product, raise an invoice and then issue a credit to cancel and then turn on all the email notifications again so the customer . Any easier way?
