the {{config path=”web/unsecure/base_url”}} is changing to

after saving the block in magento 1.9.2.4
however the links in the frontend are working fine
Can somebody please explain where i am going wrong

The issue is when i enter the config_path for the sub category in the link block (static block) of the category , the path disappears after saving the block
