Default phone numbers

Hi, When i am in the admin on the dashboard, I am informed to set the default phone numbers, I've set the store info including address and  phone number, where else do I need to set it. Here is the message on the dashboard

Reminder: Change Magento's default phone numbers and call outs before site launch.

WHere do I set that information, and would that prevent my  site content from displaying? I added 1 category and 1 product  but they do not show up, neither does the change I made to home page and About us page.

Last question for now is where do I change Contact Us page info?

Go to your "Messages Inbox" and delete all notifications informing you to change phone number.

but  why i must erase notification ??? , is not possible change  number ??? , thankz
