Hi, I've noticed that when you set up shopping cart price rules in Magento it tends to look at the cart product by product and apply the discount accordingly. I understand the logic, it is necessary to be able to form exclusions etc.
However I wondered if it is possible to set up a rule to apply say a $100 discount using a code in such a manner that when the whole cart reaches more than $100, the $100 discount still applies but the subtotal then begins to increase there after. For example the cart total is $250, but with the code applied it becomes $150, and lets assume there are several items in the cart. Thanks
Use 'fixed amount discount FOR WHOLE CART'.
