How Do I Enable WYSIWYG Editor on Backend Comments?

I need to make the backend order / invoice comments emails more presentable. 

I've adjusted the email templates for the general styling - but ideally I'd like to enter the comments in the backend using the wysiwyg editor. Is there any way to enable it?

I've discovered you can use HTML <br> and <b> tags in comment fields - does anyone know if you can use anything else?

I *think* you can use pretty much any HTML. The problem is my sales team aren't trained in HTML coding, hence the need for a WYSIWYG Editor.
