How to set up bank transfer - For money to go INTO customers account?

I have a site that has just been developed. I have both customers and hosts on my site. I want to be able to set up in backend for my HOSTS to be able to receive their payment (for service provided minus website commission fees) directly into their bank account. This will be for HOSTs that do not want to use paypal. 

Any advice and tips?? 

I finally just got my site back from the developers and now I have to try to figure out how to use and operate from the backend. AHHHHHH!!!! 

Would truly appreciate any help on this matter.
